We review every request manually and may contact you for additional information. Once approved, you receive your credentials and a C2Grid representative will contact you to onboard you.

01Who we are
The service is provided by C2Grid OÜ, registry code 17080730, VAT number EE102783296, Tallinn, Estonia. Contact: info@c2grid.com.
These terms apply to private persons using C2M Early Adopter access. They apply once your request is approved. Sending a request creates no obligation for either side.
02Early access
You get 3 months of access to the C2M platform from the day you receive your credentials, 3 map generations, and onboarding with a C2Grid representative.
One generation is used when a map is delivered successfully. A map that fails to process uses no generation.
Unused generations expire at the end of the 3-month period. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
03End of access
Access ends at the end of the 3-month period. It does not renew automatically and there is nothing to cancel.
You can stop using early access at any time. To close your account earlier, email info@c2grid.com.
04If something does not work
If a map fails, the generation is returned automatically.
Early access is a preview: features may change and the service may sometimes be unavailable. Tell us at info@c2grid.com and we fix it as soon as we can.
05Your data
Footage, scans, maps and annotations you upload or create remain yours. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You can export your data at any time in the documented formats. When your access ends you have 30 days to export it; after that it is deleted.
06Acceptable use
Do not upload illegal content or footage you have no right to use. You are responsible for following drone, aviation and privacy rules where you fly.
Do not use the service for classified information: no military secrets, state or government secrets, or other data classified under any country's law. The early-adopter offer is not cleared for handling classified data.
Anyone can report illegal content to info@c2grid.com. If we remove or restrict your content, we tell you why and how to object.
07Liability
We are liable as required by mandatory consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
08Changes
We tell you by email before these terms change. If you do not agree, you can stop using early access.
09Law and disputes
Estonian law applies. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of its mandatory consumer law.
